Stay with US LLC.

When visitors come to Clifton, sometimes the best way to experience our small-town community is to stay right in the middle of it.

Stay with us LLC. offer four unique homes in Clifton for short-term stays: The Theresa House, The Carriage House, The Little Flower House, and the newly renovated Emmaus House. Each has its own character and story, giving guests an alternative to a traditional hotel stay and a chance to feel a little more at home while they are here.

The Theresa House

The Theresa House carries a name with special meaning—it was named in honor of a member of the Deaver family. That personal connection seems fitting for a home that welcomes people into the Clifton community.

Rather than simply having a room for the night, guests have a home base in town. They can settle in, get to know their surroundings, visit our local businesses, and experience some of the friendliness and familiarity that make small-town life special.

The Carriage House

For guests who appreciate a little history and character, the Carriage House offers something especially unique. The building was originally a barn and has been transformed into guest accommodations while maintaining a warm, rustic feel.

Its history gives the Carriage House a personality all its own and makes it a fun place to stay for visitors looking for something different from a conventional rental.

The Little Flower House

The Little Flower House provides another cozy option for visitors who want the comfort and privacy of having their own place while staying in Clifton.

Along with the Theresa House and Carriage House, the Little Flower House has already welcomed guests through Airbnb, helping introduce new people to our community and providing much-needed lodging for those visiting family, working in the area, or simply passing through.

The New Emmaus House

The newest addition is the Emmaus House, a newly renovated home that creates another welcoming corner for visitors to Clifton.

Freshly updated and ready to welcome its first guests, the Emmaus House represents something exciting for our community: another previously existing home being given new life and a new purpose.

More Than a Place to Stay

The four Deaver houses are more than additional lodging options. They allow visitors to actually stay in Clifton—to wake up in one of our neighborhoods, grab breakfast or lunch locally, stop at our businesses, and become part of the rhythm of town for however long they are here.

With more visitors and workers coming to the Clifton area, having comfortable places for people to stay locally is increasingly important. Every overnight guest who chooses Clifton has an opportunity to eat here, shop here, attend an event, meet a neighbor, and discover what our community has to offer.

Whether someone is returning home to visit family, working nearby, attending a local event, or discovering Clifton for the first time, the Theresa House, Carriage House, Little Flower House, and Emmaus House offer something we think fits our community perfectly:

A place to stay that feels a little more like home.

Tif's Cozy Corner

Some homes offer a place to stay. Others give you a chance to become part of the story of a community.

Tif’s Cozy Corner is one of those special places.

One of Clifton’s early homes, Tif’s Cozy Corner sits along what was once part of Clifton’s original Main Street during the town’s early railroad days. Long before today’s streets and businesses took shape, this area was part of the activity surrounding a growing railroad town.

And sometimes, Clifton’s history still literally comes to the surface.

After a good Kansas rain, small metal toy cars have been known to appear in the area—little remnants of Clifton’s toy-manufacturing history. Guests who want to see more of this unique piece of local history can visit Shirl’s Doll & Toy Museum and Gift Shop right here in Clifton, where toys help preserve another chapter of the community’s story. The museum is currently open by appointment.

A Home with Heart

Today, this historic house has been beautifully transformed into Tif’s Cozy Corner, a welcoming Airbnb that combines the character of an older Clifton home with the comforts travelers need today.

The home's name and décor carry an especially meaningful story. They were created in remembrance of someone close to the family’s heart, filling the house with personal touches and a sense of warmth that goes beyond simply providing a place to stay.

Tif’s Cozy Corner offers:

  • 3 bedrooms
  • 1 bathroom
  • Full kitchen
  • Laundry on site
  • Two-car garage

With plenty of space to settle in, the home is a great option for families visiting Clifton, guests attending local events, contractors working in the area, or anyone needing a comfortable home for a longer stay.

Stay in a Little Piece of Clifton History

Perhaps the best thing about Tif’s Cozy Corner is the way it connects different generations of Clifton.

From the railroad days and tiny metal toys hidden beneath the Kansas soil to a lovingly restored home welcoming a new generation of visitors, this house continues to be part of Clifton's story.

When you stay at Tif’s Cozy Corner, you aren't simply finding a place to sleep.

You're staying in a little piece of Clifton history—and becoming part of its story, too.

Tucked away from the main road in the quiet community of Vining, Green Acres RV Park offers visitors a peaceful and convenient place to stay while exploring the Clifton area.

The park currently has five full-service RV sites, with both 30-amp and 50-amp hookups available. Guests can also enjoy a covered patio, while a laundry and shower house is coming soon.

Although Green Acres feels private and removed from highway traffic, guests are still within walking distance of Tailgater’s Steakhouse—making it easy to enjoy a great meal and friendly local hospitality.

Green Acres is also located near an important piece of the area’s history. Not far from the RV park is the site where the original Fort Brooks was built to help protect Clifton’s early settlers. Evidence of the land’s much earlier history can still be found today, as residents occasionally discover arrowheads throughout the surrounding area.

With its quiet setting, convenient amenities, nearby dining, and connection to local history, Green Acres RV Park is a welcoming place for workers, travelers, and visitors looking to stay close to Clifton while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of Vining.

Whether you are visiting for a short stay or settling in for a longer project, Green Acres RV Park offers a comfortable place to stay—with a story all its own.
